Pros (+) The location is great, just a block from the beach, and in the heart of town. It has a nice, quiet courtyard with a pool and lots of tropical plants. The staff spoke English and were friendly.
Cons (-) We had no hot water in our shower. The water also barely comes out. The exterior of the building is weathered and needs to be repainted. The interior was in better condition, though.
