Cuando reserve lo reserve con todo incluido, segun incluia desalluno y estasionamiento y no fue asi me cobraron el tiempo de estasionamiento y pague por vevidas y comidas, aparte que los cuartos que me asignaron uno tenia goteras y ambos cuartos con un desagradable holor a drenage, no vuelvo a este hotel jamas😡

Pros (+) Location: near restaurants, mall, super market, Marina, coffee shop, beach access, pool, courteous staff. Great water pressure in room, very spacious room to include bathroom and shower.
Cons (-) Rooms need updating to include bed, pillows. Need an inroom coffee maker. Small fridge. Horrible internet connectivity in room.

Pros (+) The actual villas, buildings and facilities are beautiful, keeping the Mexican style, with lots of green and quiet areas. Staff were very nice and not intrusive, polite and all spoke good English. We had friends staying next door at the Hilton and staff there were rude and annoying if you were just visiting while at Krystal they were nice with visitors and very considerate.
Cons (-) It's obviously run down and needs fixing and updating. Air conditioning in the room was noisy. I guess that's why the price was lower! that of course brings low budget crowd and over the weekend it became very loud, teens and young adults had their own music very high at the pool and it was a cacophony, far too noisy. We moved to the palapas on the beach and it was ok.
