Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several positive mentions of front desk service and special requests being handled efficiently. However, many guests report significant noise issues, such as thin walls, loud air conditioning, and disruptive hallway sounds, which negatively impact sleep quality. Cleanliness and room size receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed by untidy rooms or outdated furnishings. Overall, while the location and service stand out as highlights, noise and occasional maintenance issues detract from the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
