I had to give a $100 cash deposit before I could check in to the room. I have NEVER had to give a cash deposit ever for a room that I reserved with a credit card. Was insulting.
Yes, My name is Willie Ware from Joliet IL. I was a regular customer until my last stay 01/25/2021. It was a horrible and a traumatic experience for me and my wife and kids. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Resources limited, rooms unclean brok
They had honey buns for breakfast at least and the girl at the front desk was nice
Just about everything, the bed was as hard as the floor and it messed up my back, I used to clean hotel rooms and the room was pretty gross, it was definitely cleaner after my stay because I cleaned it myself. Housekeepers were extremely loud 9:00am-230pm
Friendly staff, on hands owner, clean rooms, clean beds, pleasant atmosphere, very quite hotel, up kept maintenance, family atmosphere. I have stayed here at super 8 for the last 4 months. Limited complaints, very minor. I would definitely recommend this
