Pros (+) I like the cleanliness and the home like feel of the room for a very affordable rate. Checking in was a breeze and so was checking out and the staff was very friendly
Cons (-) I'm not sure how maid service is supposed to work, but I left my room for the day and expected my room to be clean when I got back and it wasn't. Also the parking lot was full of trash from the night before when I left that afternoon

Pros (+) The hotel was easy for us to find and convient for all our needs. The staff was quick to answer any requests from us.
Cons (-) We requested a room with double beds, but were assigned a room with only a single bed. When we pointed this out, we were told that because we booked through booking.com, that was a "preferred" not an assigned room. In addition we were told a full breakfast was included, but it turned out to be a "coffee" bar--in other words coffee and breakfast bars, maybe muffins. Not at all what we were told.

Cons (-) Finger nail in the stove, dirt in the drawers, splatter marks on walls. The toilet had previous poo residue in it still. The room smelled like smoke. And they didn't have spare sheet for the fold out already in the room . I was excited about breakfast, but they didn't restock throughout the morning so everything was gone before I got anything, the only things left over I was allergic to.
