Pros (+) Your bell man Jim. Give that guy a raise. Probably the best service I have received ever.
Cons (-) This is a little picky. Your adult pool felt like a hot tub. Whatever your cooling system is doing, its not working very well. One last detail about the pool. Its the perfect situation for an infinity pool or at the very least some clean glass with hidden borders. It seems such a waste of the view to not do something about that dirty glass that you cant really see out of once you are in the pool.

Pros (+) Great location, layout is fantastic, adult pool is a great option, rooms were nice.
Cons (-) Definitely needs a boutique coffee shop for sure! Rooms were nice but glass shelf above Tv was completely dusty, patios should be swept daily as so much dirt and leaves build up and get tracked through room.

Cons (-) The in-room dining and restaurant food was not good and I don't recommend. Also, the coffee machine in the room didn't work. The bathroom design not well thought out ... there was only one hook to hang towels.

Pros (+) The staff was outstandingly gracious. The spa was wonderfull,n and the staff excellent.
Cons (-) Ww would rate the food as mediocre. In particular, our $500 bill for 4 at The Edge Steakhouse was out of line for the quality of the dinner. The service matched. Upon returning to our room at 3 PM it has not been made up. Disappointing.
