Pros: The room was in front of ever where (golf course bbq grill and pool)
Pros: Great location.....the room was beautiful....right on the golf course. The staff was very friendly....just a great experience.
Cons: no....everything was fantastic.
Cons: We overpaid for our stay.'Luxury room' was advertised.1st room was outdated and overlooked the street! , helped reassign our room, but 2nd room was attached to a machinery room of water heaters or something. Constantly awoken/kept awake.Won't return.
Pros: Staff and amenities were excellent.
Pros: the room was 1400sq ft. Full kitchen 3 bathrooms, & a patio. it was near a fire grill & close to the parking lot. The pool was 30 yrds away as was the gym. Most of all I like the way the young female receptionist that treated us exceptionally well.
Cons: The furniture appeared old and outdated. No view of the golf course.
Cons: I'd like my money back
Pros: Definitely more than a 3.5 star property!!! I was there during huge 3 day concert and it cost the same as a Holiday Inn Express nearby. It is completely gorgeous and the in room kitchen/bar and outdoor bbq makes me wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros: Overall pretty good.
Cons: I did not know this was a time share...expected hotel amenities like breakfast etc.
Pros: Spacious, bright and clean
Pros: The location is ideal for a quick getaway!
Cons: Reservation was booked &said check-in was at 4:00pm.Our room was not ready until 5:30!We were concerned, we wanted to put our perishables in the refrigerator. We had to wait, they were not very accomodating, & could not get a late checkout w/o extra $$$
Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff would definitely stay again!
Pros: Pool areas was amazing , I believe there was 7 pools to choose from:).
Great bed, elegant and clean bathroom, new property, very clean, nice grounds and parking. We played a round of tennis which was great. The pool was very enjoyable and clean. We had an enjoyable view and nice outdoor furniture.
Pros: The room was superb in all aspects, as was the pool and exercise room.
Cons: All but one of the staff was very helpful and kind. The woman selling property was rude and unfriendly and does not belong in the hospitality industry. We asked her where the concierge desk was and she was unpleasant, rude, and self important.

Pros: The overall vibe of the place was great from from facility maintenance staff to the chef.
Nestled amid lush gardens in Palm Springs' Uptown Design District, Colony Palms Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport. Guests can walk 15 minutes to the Palm Springs Art Museum, which houses works by Warhol and Picasso, or 1 block to see a show at Palm Canyon Theater.
Cons: The room needed updating. It was clean but it was loud. We were in the main building and it was too noisy. Also, beds were very uncomfortable.
Pros: The staff was very helpful, friendly, always there to help.
Cons: Had to go too far to self park. Weekend hard to find a spot to park . Several parking rows in the parking garage no access to another isle. Had to turn in same isle to go to next isle.
Pros: Great pool scene, probably the best in California.
Pros: The hotel has amazing grounds and public areas. The atrium lobby and gondola service are special, and the overall grounds are the best in the Palm Springs area.
Cons: The rooms are not clean. There's no other way to say it. I found much evidence of previous guests in the room, from trash on the floor around the beds to dirty showers. The staff is also pretty unpleasant and not helpful.
Pros: the help were wonderful
Cons: we are seniors & had to walk miles to our room i think it was 1523

Pros: We liked where our room location (1600)!!!
The pool staff was very friendly. Chicken wings was awesome!!!! Every time we come here, we HAVE TO have there WINGS!! my daughter looooves it!!!
Pros: The staff was super friendly and always very helpful. I haven't encountered a more friendly staff at a resort in a very long time. The facility was great for all of us. Plenty to do for my teenagers. The pools were very fun. The cocktails were fairly reasonable for a resort and they were delicious. The room was very nice. Loved having a refrigerator, microwave and sink in the room.
Cons: Our room was kind of small for four of us. Though the sofa sleeper was more comfortable than the usual, it was awkwardly located and made getting to the patio really hard.
Pros: Fridge in our room actually works!! We had a view of the golf course and mountains and the lake from our top floor. I actually slept because there was no crazy kids running around at midnight. Using a room key to get in the pool (great idea to keep the outsiders) My daughter likes the pool, the slide, pizza, and making smores! Also she made lots of friends!! Having more than one ice machine.
Cons: There were lots of ants in our room. Water roaches, an entire village was under our snack bag! So gross!
Chuckawalla n snakebite opens late (11am) and close early (6pm). There was not enough "shaded" area. Should provide umbrellas. Rinse area, the water pressure was too hard on skin after some sun.
Pros: Buffalo wings and pizza
Cons: Room fridge. We had a late check in (930pm) fridge was not fixed until about 1130pm. We had to call the front desk a couple of times to make sure it'll get fixed. So, Our daughter didn't sleep until midnight or so. pool was a little bit dirty. I took a few plastic cups out and the water was so blurry. Security was giving my husband a hard time and lying about being there the morning before. People were throwing nerf ball and security/staff was not doing anything to stop them. My husband had to tell the security to warn them. This stay was not as pleasant as it was 5 weeks ago.

Cons: very small room, bathroom could have been a little cleaner
Pros: We hosted the taco party on a patio and they did a wonderful job accommodating us in every way. The staff was helpful
and pleasant whenever we needed anything and everyone was always friendly.
Cons: The bedroom door was really heavy and slammed easily.
Pros: Restaurant and bar
Room furniture was uncomfortable
Lacking room for luggage
Pros: Always a good time
Cons: We come every August - and this is probably our 5th or 6th time. While its always a fun time, the hotel could stand to update itself a bit. Everything is exactly the same and the wear and tear is beginning to show. I'm getting a little bored.
Pros: The room decor was lovely. Very suitable for the desert. Excellent design elements.
Cons: As bad as this sounds, but the overload of children in the pool. Ace is more young hip crowd & kids aren't relaxing to be around.
Pros: The selections of fine linens and toiletries, the location, the cocktails...
Cons: The noise... The lack of a black out curtain on an east facing window instead using a white piece of canvas... Oh and that they had stopped serving the grits at the restaurant
Pros: It was wonderful!!!!
Pros: I thought the drinks and food were wonderful and the staff was very accommodating. The room was fine.
Cons: Overall, this place needs a ton of work. I know they are trying to be "hip" but it was just too dingy and unkempt. The cloth face "tents" on the lounge chairs were old, tattered and ripped. The wooden signage around the pool was weathered and cracked. Even the "pool toys" looked very old and worn out. The property sponsored a pool side party that went all day and into the night which made parking for guests a big pain. And the DJ had difficulty setting up his equipment so the guests were treated to LOUD speaker hissing, humming and other noises until the equipment was fixed. There are definitely nicer places in the area that are cheaper. Didn't hate my stay but nothing would draw me back to stay there again.
Pros: The rooms were funky (loved putting on the record player)
Cons: Too much of a rave-vibe. Great place for a college kids, not so great for 30-40 somethings (and an absolute "avoid" for anyone older).
Loud pool-parties from 12pm-2am + rooms that really aren't sound-proof, don't mix.
Bartenders had that typical annoyed attitude of bar tending in a night-club, not the typical service-oriented demeanor one expects in a hotel.
Food was either great or gross.
This Palm Springs hotel is 2 miles (3.2 kilometers) from the Palm Springs Art Museum, 3.5 miles (5.6 kilometers) from Palm Springs International Airport, and 6 miles (9.7 kilometers) from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

The fitness center, open to guests 24 hours a day, is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, as well as TVs, a sauna, a steam room, and lockers. The King's Highway restaurant serves roadside-diner fare, updated with local, seasonal ingredients. The Amigo Room bar serves classic and creative artisanal cocktails using fresh juices and house-made mixers. Drinks are available poolside.
All 176 guestrooms feature 32-42 inch flat-screen TVs, MP3 plug-ins, and views of the pool, mountains, or Palm Springs. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Minibars are also provided. Much of the furniture is vintage. Bathrooms include showers and amenities from Rudy’s Barbershop. Some guestrooms open to private patios; dogs are welcome in those rooms.
Pros: I really enjoyed this location. The pools and spas were fabulous and it was a great place to stay for Coachella and other Indio and valley music festivals. The free parking was great and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I also loved that they had a fridge and the color scheme was very fun!
Cons: I didn't love the size of my particular room, I felt it was a little bit cramped and the bathroom layout was non traditional. I had the accessible room which is AMAZING that they have one but as someone able bodied it was a little inconvenient. This however was a minor con and there was a lot of pros!
Pros: The quaintness of the hotel made it a hit with us. The staff was very accommodating. The beds were very comfy and the room spacious. It was centrally located to the restaurants and shops.
Cons: The room we stayed in, 231, needs a long length mirror. There were plenty of spaces to put one outside of the bathroom and in the main room. My friend and I had to take turns getting ready. Only one mirror is kind of silly.
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, quiet and a great place to stay for your $$
Cons: Showers lacked pressure
Pros: We LOVED staying at 7 Springs! This Inn was exactly what we wanted for a stay in Palm Springs. Something small, cozy, mid-century modern, with a relaxing pool and a view of the surrounding mountains. This had it all. Plus, they had TWO spas, and they are walking distance to Palm Springs Dr! The bed was comfortable, and the value was incredible. Our room was spacious, and even had a kitchenette complete with a dinette table, plates/utensils/cooking supplies, etc. Service was friendly and efficient.
Cons: While taking a shower on the second day, the faucet popped off of the wall and a gush of water started spewing out. Plumbing issues don't scare me so I just pushed the faucet back on and thankfully it stayed put... but it was a potentially dangerous situation as the faucet came off the pipe pretty quickly. Glad it didn't land on my foot!
Also, when we checked in to the Inn we asked about extended check out. They said that they can do it, but it's up to the discretion of their housekeeping manager. The host, however, said that it should be fine - just call the morning of. When we called, however, we were only extended 30 minutes. It was quite a rush to get out in that amount of time when we were expecting 1-3 hours of extension! That said, it's a smaller Inn and we are aware that rooms need to be cleaned for other guests. We did notice, however, that the lone housekeeper was still 2 rooms down as we were leaving, so we probably could have gotten at least another 30 minutes...
Pros: Comfortable beds
Cons: Very small pool and horrible parking.
Pros: We appreciated that we were able to check-in early and staff was very friendly. The room had more than anyone would need. A full furnished kitchen with space to sit down.
Cons: The parking is a bit tight. We arrived late one evening and we had to leave our car parked near the office (not an official parking space).
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Great recommendation of where to eat.
Pros: i loved the bed. I was in town for the weekend visiting my marine and we stayed there and the beds were super comfy and the ambiance of the room was all around nice. Wish the tub was a little bigger but other the. That everything was amazing. The pool and hot tub were nice to
Pros: great location. nicely renovated. newer rooms by the main spa look great and will stay in one of them next time.
Cons: a little noisy by the main street but not a major problem
Palm Springs is a mystical place like no other. quiet, peaceful - a charming oasis at an unhurried pace. Or you can choose to be active and enjoy golf, tennis and hiking as well as the Palm Springs night life that includes world class restaurants and night clubs. Palm Springs is a getaway haven and our hotel has something for just about everyone under the sun. Outdoor parking.
Cons: The price for one night was a bit much. And Hampton Inn does not offer a military discount or a discount for Disableld veterans. For this reason I will never again use Hampton Inn during my annual trip to Palm Springs.
Pros: The room is clean and quite & the breakfast is very good with lot of choice to choose from
Cons: The elevator is a bit slow.
Pros: The hotel was clean, front desk could've been a tad friendlier. She wasn't bad, just wasn't very cheerful. I felt like we were bothering her. All in all it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again.
When you stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Desert, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. The outdoor pool is a great spot for a morning swim, and guests can get a workout in at the fitness center. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Cons: Housekeeping was very late, after 3, so just had her leave new towels.
Pros: Just a block away from town where you can walk, shop, eat or go to a spa. Nothing better!
Pros: Beds are awesome!!!!
Cons: Breakfast could be better, but no big deal
Selection wise, but I get it
Pros: It's very close to the shops, it's clean, it's reasonable and it has a/c. The free breakfast was pretty good - I know I got full on my omelet, watermelon and toast and the table next to us had about a zillion yummy looking waffles.
I wouldn't honeymoon here or take an extended weeks stay and live it up but for passing through for one night for the price - it's fine.
Cons: They didn't enforce the swimming after 10:30 rule as some young guys were in there after 12:30 and quite loud.
Parking was kind of limited so people were parked where they shouldn't but that's not the 'parkers' fault.
And agree with the one review with a nice omelet bar but no real side dishes - they couldn't have a side of potatoes or sausage in a catering pan? but wow, these are small issues - like my headline review states - It's fine.
Cons: I woke up with 50 bites on my legs!!! They need to exterminate in room 305!!!
Pros: The hotel is located very close to numerous shops and busy areas of Palm Springs. With all the lush landscaping and greenery it was very calm and quiet. We were within walking distance of just about anything. A quite pleasurable experience.
Only negative comment was the morning breakfast/brunch. they served hot omlettes but lacked most other things you would find at other continental breakfasts like bagels, fruit.
Pros: The staff at Las Brisas were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I slept very comfortably in the cozy bed. Our inclusive breakfast was very nice with not only normal hotel breakfast but omletes and waffles as well.
Cons: My only complaint was waking up very early to the people next door visiting. The wall must not be very sick because we could hear every word that was said.
Cons: Online photo doesn't match room. Room to clutter with big furniture that just take space
Pros: Great breakfast

Pros: The spacious room. Cleanliness. Location, location, location!
Cons: There was a opened condom wrapper by my bedside table, a token left by the previous tenant.
Inn at Deep Canyon puts you within a 10-minute drive of Living Desert Zoo and Gardens and Indian Wells Tennis Garden. After having fun at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with balconies and LED TVs.
Pros: Stayed here on business. Great hotel and ample parking.
Room was clean & spacious. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.
Pros: We simply needed a place to stay on our way to Phoenix. And this was perfect.
Pros: It was nice, clean, in a good location, & the staff was friendly.
Pros: Leaving. Hot tub was actually hot.
Cons: Keycard didn't work in outer door to get to my room. WiFi was slowest I've encountered since 1999. Bathroom door was locked in my room. No overhead light in the living quarters - only the bedside lamp and the lamp by the TV - neither had a wall switch. "Refrigerator" froze my food / beverages. Bathroom coat hanger was broken. Get it together Marriott!
Pros: It was quiet, which was nice. We didn't need the room for more than just a place to sack out, after attending a wedding nearby. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk offered us a choice between rooms on either the first or third floor. I went with the 3rd floor. Honestly, the room was a shoebox. My dorm room in college may have actually been bigger. The TV had spotty reception/signal, as well. And there were probably 5 channels. For what we needed, though, we made do.
Pros: Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice, Starbucks was great as well as good.
Cons: My only compliant was my room was so noisy that at 8:30 on a Saturday it sounded like they were sawing through our wall. Also the room was musty.
Pros: Even though it was old it was very clean. Large tv with good bathroom, ac.
Cons: Outdated furnishings, older smell, tv to the side.

Pros: Loved the staff and how welcoming they were. They have two pools, one salt water and one regular. The hotel is clean and looks like you staying in villas.
Cons: The spa services mean they get someone to come to your room which I felt was misleading from what I read online so we didn't use it. There is a $25 a day resort charge which is really your valet parking. Just call it that. I did not see resort activities to justify the charge.
Pros: Beautiful property with wonderful amenities; Spacious rooms that are really studio condos with full kitchens and private sitting verandas; Extremely professional, polite, and helpful staff; 24-hr. pool and hot tub are almost unheard of at a hotel; Outstanding value for the price.
Cons: Website indicated there was a $25/night fee to park a vehicle--this is not correct, it is a mandatory $25/night "resort fee" whether you park there or not (although the fee does include parking); Room needed to be re-vacuumed upon arrival; Fit-and-finish workmanship of the 2014 renovation to the rooms is somewhat below average--various gaps in finished surfaces, cabinets that don't close correctly, loose faucet in bathroom, etc.
Pros: 24 hour amenities were a nice feature.
Cons: Mandatory Valet was a pain.
Cons: The fan made a loud noise. The toilet didn't flush. Called the front desk, but they didn't fix either problem. The restraunt/room service was closed. Valvet parking was mandory. $25 fee.
Experience downtown Palm Springs prestigious Movie Colony at Triada, where classic Hollywood meets modern comforts. Triada's three distinct wings are of rich experience that is part architectural, part artistic, and accented with striking, contemporary Spanish art, and original historic bright tiles. We now invite you to explore Triada, and be inspired.
Cons: We had plumbing issues, the toilet had a slow flow, the bathroom sink and the shower would get clogged every 2 seconds. I found it very annoying because a great hotel like Renaissance, should troubleshoot every room before booking cuz it's not the customers responsibility to worry about major things like this.
Cons: It is confusing having customer ratings showing as you bid on hotels. I thought I was booking a 4 star hotel but hat was just the customer rating that was showing. Once I paid I realized it's a 3.5. I would have crept looking at that price.
Pros: Location is downtown, near all attractions
Cons: Come on man! It's Palm Springs, it's a hundred and ten in the shade and your room ACs do not work...unacceptable! Six hours to get a tech to the room to tell me the condenser is inop...is that why the room is hot? Duh.
Pros: location and amenities
Pros: The best kind bed I have ever slept on. What kinds of comforter do you guys use!?
Cons: Not enough self parking. Reckless driving through parking lot.
Pros: Bed is comfortable, big pool
Cons: Can hear everything in the hallways and need more attentive pool staff
Pros: The hotel has a luxiourious ambiance.
Cons: The facility needs to provide its guests with fresh towels daily. The parking should be free to all guests.
Cons: Kids in the adult pool
Pros: Well appointed
Great pool area
Very friendly, courteous and accommodating staff
Not luxurious, but quite nice
Cons: Parking was very lacking especially in the self-park area. We came home from a late night at the casino and there was literally no where whatsoever to park. Not in self-park or in valet park. We had to leave our car in the fire lane of the reception drive through area and leave the keys with the front desk so that they could move it if necessary. The valets moved it in the morning and we were not charged for valet parking which was thanks to the great staff.
Pros: This was my first time staying at the Renaissance. What can I say besides WOW!! It was 3 blocks away from the main strip. Everything was great! Beautiful pool, lovely room. They even have a FREE shuttle that took us to a local pub and back. Will be coming back A LOT.
Pros: Very nice Lobby area, pool area and food, room, bed. Staff were very pleasant
Cons: Shortage of pool-area cleanup and horrible shortage of towels.
No available loungers, but I'm guessing over half had been abandoned.

Pros: This place was so clean! I am so picky about my rooms and pools and Hilton didn't disappoint. We traveled with kids and the pool had a lot of them during the week (not sure about weekend), and they all had such a fun time. Also, so conveniently located by all of the shops and food. Great and accommodating staff. No complaints here!
Cons: Nothing ;)
Pros: Staff was great and extremely helpful. Pool was relaxing. Food was okay but breakfast was better than lunch and dinner. The bar at the pool was good, but the drinks weren't strong or worth 9$.
Cons: The alcoholic beverages at the pool bar were the biggest let down.
Pros: Close walking to shoppimg and restaurant's.
Pros: This hotel is really in need of a major rehab.
Cons: The pool had scum floating in it.
Pros: Everything was awesome, from check-in to check -out! The hotel was built in early 50's, but was updated while still maintaining the mad men classy feel. Everyone in our party loved the hotel. The views were spectacular at day and at night. Cannot express enough how wonderful this place is!
Pros: Service was fast and attentive, even at the restaurant and even on a sold out weekend. And they didn't nickel-and-dime us for every little thing, such as the toothbrushes we forgot and the room towels we accidentally left at the pool. Not sure why people complain about the expensive parking because there is a free self-park lot only 100 feet away with plenty of spots.
Pros: Our reserved room with two queen beds was unavailable upon arrival. The other room offered had one huge bed, but the other person was on a couch made into a queen. The suite was very posh, the Presidential Suite, with two rooms and a shower ten feet square!
Cons: The service in the hotel restaurants was horrible. But it is a clean hotel. Not really worth the price.
Cons: Nightly parking fee on top of room rate, excessive charge
Pros: The grounds, pool area, hallways and the rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The rooms were large and the beds comfortable.
There was also plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel.
Pros: The room was clean and the furniture was updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The parking was terrible, plus they charge a daily fee of $18 which I was not aware of. The pool area was great and it was clean but the pool itself had tons of dead bugs and the water was so dirty and cloudy which was a really a shame because it was almost 110 degrees outside!

Pros: Price was great for what you get! Very comfortable and extremely friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast before check out on Sunday. I booked same day for a last minute getaway with my 10 year old Daughter and we both enjoyed ourselves, wouldn't change a thing.
Cons: My only suggestion would be larger towels in the pool area.

Pros: Thoroughly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, welcoming staff and warm pool. We had a fun and relaxing stay.
Pros: Off of interstate but worth the extra 10 min drive. Travel stall left us well rested.
Pros: The staff and modern design of the hotel. I also liked the location.
Cons: The dryer did not work so they gave us s new one. Also during dinner time we were not given utensils and napkins. I wanted to ask our server but could not be found. For the price of the hotel
Per night it should have come with continental breakfast. Coffee inside the room was not sufficient
Pros: Very clean and friendly staff.
Pros: My wife and I loved staying at Palm Springs Courtyard by Marriott. It was EASY. Very attentive staff without being officious. We're looking forward to returning in January.
Cons: Nothing. It was ideal.
Pros: Location and parking
Cons: Limited hours for the restaurant...
Pros: friendly staffs make me feel very comfortable.
Cons: Not able to call in for breakfast order. they do not serve lunch that is not convenient for me

Cons: Terrible service. Rudest manager Jackie Vega. We will neve be back. We didn't even check in we just left and booked elsewhere.
Pros: If you love interior design and liked Mad Men then this is the hotel for you!
Pros: The hotel is unique with a lot of character. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The entire staff was amazing as well as the food. Every meal I had there did not disappoint!
Pros: Loved the literal wonderland that you enter into when inside the property.. It feels like Through the Looking Glass (complete with outdoor chess!). The pools are nice, the lemonade stand drinks are excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Cons: Kind of disappointed about the room (on the small size, and teetering on the brink of shabby and chic - but I guess if you like shabby chic, this is great!). I overheard someone complaining about cookie crumbs (not theirs!) in their sheets when they climbed into bed.. those better have been some damn good cookies (no, sorry, I'm kidding - that is just disgusting).
I was also frustrated by the booking process.. Granted, I used a third party site ("not the responsibility of the Parker"), but you know what, I have two words: quality control. They do not have to let every last crummy travel site book their rooms for them (and shame on me for using said crummy travel site!).
Oh and lastly, the prices are kind of ridiculous here. It doesn't matter how wealthy you are (not that I am), but I think anyone would be insulted by $36 for juice and coffee (which I overheard someone ELSE complaining about at the pool--wasn't even me!).

Pros: God breakfast. Friendly staff. good parking. ground floor room with patio. nice and quiet.
Cons: Room was just a bit small. But nice and cozy.
Pros: Free, made to order breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: Cable tv was not working very well for nights when watching before bed.
Pros: Full breakfast
Cons: Given a room that was "not to be rented out" because of known issues. EG: no heat, TV remote not working. ETC
2nd room had a 1 hr. power failure, next morning again no heat in freezing weather. Sent up first "technician" did not have a clue & eventually sent 2nd "technician who repaired the problem but caused another. The heat never turned off as he broke the thermostat.
Front desk personnel less than helpful during our stay!
Pros: Clean, and comfy beds. Breakfast provided
Cons: Noisy location
Pros: Delicious hot breakfast to order! No extra fees or local taxes. Beautiful location. Nearby restaurants...Ruth Chris across from hotel. Clean and comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay here. Will come back.
Cons: Pool closed at 10
Pros: Cooks cooking hot breakfast, larger than normal eating area
Cons: No Microwave in room. Clock did not work, but no big deal
Pros: Friendly staff and quiet room.
Cons: Dirty carpets and a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor.

Pros: Location was ok, about a $13 Uber ride from downtown Palm Springs and did have lots of parking.
Cons: Booked this hotel last min for a getaway and figured how bad could it be since it was a resort and all the places I would choice typically were booked up for the holiday weekend. That was not the case, the hotel claims it's a resort just because it's connected to a golf resort and community. It's a super old room with worn out furniture, gross carpet and cheap decor. Randomly the bed was comfortable. Pool looked ok but was packed with families with kids. Nothing about the hotel made it resort like.
Pros: Rooms were clean, pool and golf course looked nice. The hotel was large. Lots of parking. Starbucks across the street.
Cons: For being such a huge hotel it was oddly unoccupied on a holiday weekend. There's huge ballrooms throughout the hotel and no events. No open cafes or pool bar. The gym is a hotel room turned into a gym. We barely saw anyone at the hotel. The hotel is huge and I think we saw maybe 3 hotel staff people of whom were quiet and melancholy. It seems like a scene out of a horror movie.
Pros: The hotel and surrounding golf course was beautiful! My boyfriend loves golf and he played as soon as we arrived.. While I watched & drive the cart. The people he played with were both out of towners and local... Both very friendly and nice. Hotel is in a convenient location... Starbucks & grocery store right across the street for morning coffee and snacks/food for the day. Room has a refrigerator... However, no microwave.. so don't bring back left overs unless you eat it cold.
Cons: The first night, we were woken up by a STRONG smell of cigarettes. We thought it was coming from outside but we never opened our patio door for our whole stay. It was strong in the bathroom too... So it had to have been coming from the vents. I have really bad instant allergies to the smell of cigarettes smoke... So, that coming thru the vents had a bad effect on the rest of my day.
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, very nice pool
Pros: Tennis courts and golf course were nice. Some of the staff members were great; others not so much.
I was told the place was about to undergo a complete remodel; I hope so!
Cons: The whole interior is in desperate need of a makeover. The room was fairly clean on the surface, but it was dusty, the carpet and upholstery were stained, towels were thin and scratchy... the little touches were completely absent -- they provided one bar of soap we had to use for both the sink and shower, cups were flimsy plastic and not restocked every day, the pool area was barren and hot. The restaurants were depressing -- empty, with little natural light and no reason to want to go in. Some staff members were unhelpful, disinterested and didn't seem to care. All in all, worth about half of what we paid.
Pros: Great view! Lots of potential. People at the front desk were great.
Cons: Dirty! Had a smell due to a leak in the ceiling on our floor. Pool bottom was dirty. I realize it is the desert but here was dust everywhere inside. Paint was old and dingy. Looked as though at one point was very nice and just not kept up.
Pros: The bed
The entrance of the hotel was nice, maybe it was because it was beside a golf course.
Cons: They don't have anybody to help us with our things and they keep telling information to the customers that was misinforming.
There was no pressure in the shower
When we first got in our room, the fridge was located in the bathroom, and the plug keeps falling off, the phone was not working, so i had to call in for the operator through my phone and our tv was dated and its buttons was pushed in. They gave us another room, it was the same but the fridge was working and tv was okay. They only have maybe 13 channels and the rest is ppv.
Pros: The location was perfect. We were close to everything. We got there at night, so we didn't see anything till morning. It was a beautiful area, well kept, and the staff was very nice.
Cons: Down side was it was outdated. The mini fridge in our room was on it's last leg, the tv was an old box, the decor was very Outdated. Over all the place needs a good renovation, but I felt like it was well worth what we paid for the room.
Cons: Was given a room key when I checked in, when I got to the room it was already occupied. When I told frint desk she seemed shocked and asked if I inew who they were. then wanted to put me on first floor. When I said no decided then to move someone that hadn't checked in yet. That should have been first option.
Pros: They let us do late check out to 1pm. The resort few was included in the the kayak charge. No hidden fees. At request upon check in they gave us a room with pool view. Would for sure stay there again when coming back to Palm Springs.
Cons: No music at the pool most days. Large clump of hair in shower not cleaned. When they made our beds they took the earphones that were laying in the bed. Maybe they blended in. Phone didn't work in the room.
Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet access; self parking; putting and driving green usage; golf bag storage; transfer to Desert Princess Country Club; preferred green fees; $10 spa credit and 15% off featured spa treatments; local/800 calls. Pros: Staff immediately accommodating to every request, friendly and professional. Completely unpretentious. Beautiful grounds. And great location.
Pros: This is a clean, well maintained motel in a very convenient location. The rooms are large. They are back from the street and so quiet. The beds are comfortable. The staff is concerned and helpful. This is good value for what it is.
Cons: Room furniture is rather dated. The pool is decent but not in a very atmospheric setting - a shame in this beautiful desert location. That's all I could quibble with.
Welcome to the Knights Inn Palm Springs. A warm, friendly inn near downtown Palm Springs. Our hotel features a large pool and hot tub, complimentary wireless Internet access, complimentary parking, cable TV, microwaves, refrigerators, and in room coffee. We offer short and extended-stay accommodations - whether you are in town for a weekend or a week. Come bask in the sun with us. No pets allowed at this property. Enjoy complimentary morning coffee, tea, decaf only.
Pros: Because of a ceiling leak in our room (poured in on the head and end of the bed), the manager gave us the room with his compliments. The clerk asked if we would be interested in changing rooms (very kind), but it was already 7:30 a.m. and we were not interested in doing that. Manager was very decent about it all.
Cons: We had to rise earlier than desired to report the room leak, and we found it more advantageous simply to check out early than go to another room for an hour or two.
