Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location for accessing cultural sites and the city center. However, many reviews mention that the hotel is old and in need of renovation, with recurring issues such as poor maintenance, outdated infrastructure, and cleanliness concerns, particularly in bathrooms. Some guests also reported problems with pests, broken amenities, and a lack of proper room service. While the breakfast and some views are appreciated, the overall atmosphere is affected by the building's age and insufficient upkeep.AI-generated from customer reviews
