Pros:I liked the location a lot. It was close to shopping and easy to get in and out of to where ever we were heading. Breakfast was the best I've had a hotel in a long time. Would definitively stay here again.
Cons:I didn't like the noise from air conditioner in the room it was loud and faced the bed so there was no way muffle the sound. We had to turn it off just to get some rest. The other issue I had was on the second floor we faced the interior side of the hotel which had all the a/c units right outside the window. So every time a guest's ac turned on we had to hear the hum of these machines throughout the night. There was definitely no view from this side of the hotel on this floor. I would prefer a room facing the street next time or a taller floor.

Pros:Pretty much everything. Great room, great service, great location, high-end lobby and restaurant/bar. Walking distance to a shopping plaza and also Cleveland St. for some good eats (Woodblock & Matador). It was just a short drive to Microsoft's campus, where I was visiting for the week. If I come back, this is first on my list!
Cons:I wish the kitchen would stay open a little later (closes at 10p, the 2 nights I ate in, I just caught the tail end of the service).

Pros:The room was clean and well appointed, although I thought it was smaller than most. The location was within walking distance of downtown Redmond where we found the most excellent Italian restaurant. Speaking of eating - the breakfast provided was very good and the staff was active at clearing away the tables to insure seating for everyone.
Cons:Fire Alarm at 1:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated! I suspect they have a problem with this because as soon as the alarm went off I remembered reading a reviewer mention the very same thing happened to them. I recommend requesting a room on the bottom floor, (we were on the 5th), and the elderly lady in front of us on the stairs had quite a bit of trouble during the evacuation. We will choose to not stay here here again.

Pros:Unbelievable value on a last-minute deal!!! Didn't want to leave the hotel room honestly; from the ambiance & staff (Mark in the bar is a star) to restaurant/bar quality, to room comfort and overall style, I was hooked immediately! While it seems to be primarily (and well) designed for extended stay business guests, therefore missing some things like 24-hr room service, it made up for that in leaps and bounds with the gracious service of a luxury hotel. I would return without question, and am hopeful that other Hyatt Houses will live up to the high bar they have now introduced me to at this brand.
Cons:Without a car, the location's address was a bit tricky for called cabs to find (on a cul-de-sac-ish sideroad); walking-distance amenities were not suuuuper close (looked closer on map but pretty far to an out-of-towner on a dark rainy night); and the sole bus--while only a block away--was slow at the times I was needing it.
