On checkout, i asked to store one bag for a while. Receptionist replied with an absolute "no", gave me no alternatives and no empathy. Also, late checkout was just an additional hour, versus the 4 extra hours at Hyatt! Because of this receptionist's had-line attitude, i should re-evaluate my allegiance to the program.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful with any questions I had and very friendly. I have stayed there 3 weekends in a row and felt very safe. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed & pillows soft and comfy.
