Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and generally found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, issues with parking availability and costs, and disappointment with the quality and value of the breakfast. Service was also a recurring concern, with several guests noting unprepared rooms and slow response to requests. While some appreciated comfortable beds and spacious rooms, others felt the property was dated and in need of updates.
