Pros (+) Desperately needs new carpet and curtains. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast...not bad. Staff was very nice.

Cons (-) Air conditioner was very noisy and turned on and off all night making it impossible to stay asleep.

Cons (-) My flight was canceled out of NYC so I never made it to Reno. The hotel refused to refund me the room or even hear about the circumstances. Pretty god awful customer service.
