This was the worst hotel experience in my whole life. The pictures were complete fakes the establishment looks like a disaster zone. There were drug attics and sex workers on the grounds. The facade was coming off. The stairs smelt like urine. In the end I couldnt even stay there and stay'd at a friends house and paid for nothing.

Cons (-) Bathroom door to shut properly, keys kept not working, no laundry said the machine was broken. Which was one of the amenities needed due to needing to wash softball uniforms as we were in town for the National tournament.

Pros (+) The experience was nice. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean when we walked in.
Cons (-) They could have made sure the electronics worked, instead of leaving it up to us to try and fix after no one answered the front desk phone

Pros (+) Lobby and room were good and pretty clean. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Reception staff was hard to understand and not very helpful attitude. The morning checkout staff however was super friendly and caring.

Pros (+) The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. The microwave and mini fridge were a huge plus. The 24 hour coffee was a nice jesture.
Cons (-) The hotel was not very clean and in need of renovations. I even saw a roach crawling in the bathroom. My reservation was supposed to include complementary continental breakfast but it was non existabt.

Pros (+) Experienced female traveler. This hotel creeped me out despite the 3 star rating. I arrived after dark (5:30pm in Jan). It's in a neighborhood I wouldn't feel safe walking alone in. Pros (+) It was cleanish. The linens were clean and the room was very large. I also had a balcony overlooking the pool.
Cons (-) There was something that looked like a smear on the wall from someone smashing a mosquito. It was right behind a hanging towel so you know whoever cleaned the room saw it and was like, meh.
