Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests had a highly negative experience at this hotel, with repeated complaints about poor cleanliness, dirty rooms and bathrooms, and lack of basic amenities. Service was frequently described as unprofessional, unresponsive, and rude, with several guests reporting unresolved issues and staff neglect. Breakfast quality and availability were also major concerns, with some guests not receiving what was promised or encountering unhygienic food. Only a few reviews mentioned positive aspects such as room size or staff helpfulness, but these were rare exceptions in an otherwise overwhelmingly negative set of reviews.
