Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests repeatedly praised the hotel's breakfast variety and quality, as well as the pool facilities, which were enjoyed by families and children. Many reviewers also appreciated the spaciousness and layout of the rooms, especially for longer stays. However, there were frequent complaints about the comfort of the beds and pull-out couches, with several guests finding them old or uncomfortable. Service was generally described as polite and friendly, though a few guests reported negative experiences at the front desk or with housekeeping. Overall, the positives centered on amenities, breakfast, and room size, while bed comfort was a notable area for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
