Pros (+) I liked that Judy, night Mgr, was efficient and professional. I can't saddle her with the owners' decision to keep this wreck running. I was grateful that no one broke into the room during the night.
Cons (-) Any clean surface, piece of furniture, or carpet WOULD have helped us feel comfortable here. Fresh-smelling, nor musty/moldy, do it yourself ADA shower cabinetry WOULD have covered for the building's age.
