Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, as well as its convenient location, especially for access to the train station and city center. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirty linens, unclean showers, and general lack of maintenance. While some found the price reasonable and enjoyed the breakfast, others felt the facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, the positive experiences with staff and location were often contrasted by concerns over cleanliness and room conditions.
