My 7 year old and I had a lovely 2 day stay while in town visiting family. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable. The staff seemed absolutely lovely, and even went out of their way to make sure there were cookies for my kiddo. The breakfast was tasty and there were ample options. The pool was under renovation (they had recently had a major water leak) but they directed us to their sister hotel just down the street for pool access, which we were very satisfied by. The only frustration I had was when calling a couple weeks ago to ask if they were a dog friendly hotel and if I could bring my dog, I was told no and there was *significant* fee if I tried to sneak her in. This was incorrect. The front staff apologized when we discovered the error and said they had a lot of new staff recently and they would make sure management knew it had happened and reaffirm the training. While I'm sad for this mistake, it didn't color my overall stay.
Pros:Nice hotel for the money.
Cons:Traffic is hard. The hotel is located on a very busy street and it is difficult to get back to the interstate highway without going out of the way.
Pros:Family and I are moving to the area and didn't know a lot bout much. We got suggestions for places to eat, live, and bank. The staff was very courteous, and the rooms were spacious, which comes in handy when you're traveling with two kids under the age of 5.
Cons:The breakfast was...mediocre.

Pros:Jason (Yes, I noticed we had the same first name, LOL) at the front desk was extremely polite, happy, and let me know they were there if I needed anything at all. Check-in was super fast, he had the paperwork and key-cards ready to go. Just had to swipe my CC in case of incidentals (as is the norm). The room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable, it was quiet and I got a great sleep. Had a mini-fridge & microwave which was nice as I could unload my travel cooler for the night to keep everything cold. TV had tons of channels. There was a pool I saw, but didn't use, however there were other guests enjoying it. Tub had good pressure and water was plenty hot! Bathroom was impeccably clean, which I give high praises for. They had a pretty good breakfast spread. Coffee, juice, milk, cereal, bread, bagels, english muffins, mini-donuts, scrambled eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, and make-your-own waffles with fresh berries for toppings. Had all the condiments too, butters, cream cheese, syrups, salsa, ketchup, etc, etc... Good location off Walnut close to the Interstate, just on the Rogers side. It's behind another hotel so you don't even hear any road traffic. There's a Red Robin in the front parking lot you could walk to, and many many other restaurants within a couple minute's drive. Plenty of parking around the hotel, well lit too. They have those luggage carts by the entrance if you have a bunch of stuff.
Pros:Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, and pretty good coffee.
Cons:The waffles and eggs tasted funny, but still impressed with the number of choices for breakfast.
