The location was fantastic! The staff were always so friendly and helpful, especially considering we don't speak any Italian. The biggest surprise was how wonderful the attached restaurant was, honestly one of the best dinners we've had! Loved this Hotel.
The location was great - close to a metro stop and good sights (Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps)
Not really a 4-start hotel. The amenities was basic.
people and location
The location of this hotel was wonderful and the staff was also extremely helpful. The breakfast staff was very nice and the food was better than expected. The updated A/C in this hotel is the best in Italy!!!
The room was dated and lacked typical 4 start items. Bellhop, concierge, down pillows and updated rooms.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Room very small. Booked a larger room at time of booking. Felt like I was in a closet. Breakfast buffet good.
Room not what I booked. Much smaller. Make sure you get what you paid for.
Quaint boutique hotel in the historic district and a very convenient location between the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Barberini.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was excellent although hard to find time around.
The jets in bathtub in room was not working . The AC was a little hot for my taste(not cold enough)
The staff was very helpful, the room was clean, and the location was very good.
The only complaint I have about the hotel is that the elevator was quite small, so we chose to use the stairs most of the time.
Location was pretty central and easy to get to.
The room was not at all as advertised. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable it made it impossible to sleep. It was like sleeping on a hard piece of wood wrapped in fabric. The wifi signal was so weak you had to stand in the hallway. it was very noisy.
Located in Rome City Centre, this hotel is steps away from Sistina Theater, Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini. Spanish Steps and Piazza di Spagna are also within 10 minutes. Barberini Station is only a 2-minute walk and Spagna Station is 6 minutes.
