Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and convenient access to public transport and attractions. Some rooms are described as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and a few guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, misleading or poor breakfast offerings, and inconsistent service, including communication problems and difficulties with check-in. Value for price is seen as fair by some, but others feel the experience does not match expectations, especially regarding breakfast and advertised amenities.
