Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Termini Station and ease of access to transportation and city attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted good value for the price. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many guests, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
