Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and nearby amenities. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as friendly staff, were also highlighted as positives. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with service, particularly regarding billing issues, lack of response to refund requests, and unhelpful check-in experiences. Negative feedback was also common about the parking fees and the lack of complimentary breakfast, which some felt was misleading. Overall, while the hotel met basic needs and offered a good location, improvements in service, parking policies, and breakfast offerings were suggested.

Cons (-) Breakfast lacks REAL food, we r fussy about what we eat and processed meals( is powdered eggs) are unappealing, we ate elsewhere and paid 1/2 as much for better. Although hotel food is more convenient, it’s fast food made to look like it’s not
