Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport and convention center, along with the spacious and comfortable rooms. Some reviewers highlighted the friendly staff and efficient check-in process. However, there were several complaints about outdated facilities, cleanliness issues in common areas, and unexpected extra charges for parking and deposits. Jesse, Apr 2019
Pros (+) Shuttle was timely.
Cons (-) Room 235, among others, is next to the pool/gym and reeks of chlorine. Falling asleep and waking up to the intense chlorine smell for consecutive days nauseated me. Request an upper-floor room.

Stuart, Mar 2019
Pros (+) Close to the airport. The shuttle was available 24/7.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not included. The hotel falsely advertised that. The Starbucks coffee in the hotel was awful and way below par. Oddly, using the elevator required walking up steps or a ramp to that level. No handicap access to the elevator was available here. The hallway carpets were old and very worn. The bathroom sink filled up with water while it drained very slowly. The phone did not work and wa...

Pros (+) The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly
Cons (-) Upon arrival I was told parking is not included in your reservation, there’s an additional $25 charge per day for parking.

John, Aug 2018
Pros (+) Stayed one night, parked for 6. Flew out of town and this plan allowed us to drive to the airport in our own car (saved us over $150 - we live in Indiana). And we stayed near the airport, were able to sleep in a bit, and caught our flight with much less hassle. We will pick up our car after we land and drive home. The hotel itself and the staff are top-rate, everything was solid.
Cons (-) 6 days parking for one night’s stay, hotel and staff were all great. Only drawback is breakfast not included.
