Pros (+) I was only there for half a day for a layover. The staff was really nice and professional. They were able to move me to a different room when mine began smelling of cigarette smoke. They also retrieved my kindle from the previous room when I forgot it.

Pros (+) Ease of getting from O’Hare and back. The staff was excellent, checking each day to ensure our comfort and pleasure. Dry clean and beautiful!! Would stay again on my travels!

Cons (-) There was no warm blanket on the bed. It felt like there were 5 sheets stacked together but no warmth. Room by the elevator was noisy. Not handicapped and was put in handicapped room which was kinda annoying.
