Cons (-) Youth football team staying there was disturbing and rowdy. Was not informed about about breakfast special until we ordered by then they said it was to late.
Pros (+) 2 people really stood out for me. Josh at the front desk and Alyssa at the Bistro. Both people are being wasted in their current positions and should be management. Josh was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fixed my door latch, and let me borrow a charger since I left mine at home.
