Excellent 10.0
Pros: I cannot recommend elephant plains game lodge enough to everybody! we had the times of our lives with ranger ted and tracker colbert! they are such professionals with a lot of knowledge and passion in what they are doing. We saw the big 5 and more in 2 game drives. It was absolutely amazing and we were taken care of by all the staff so well. We will go back here 100%
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Awesome location. Game drives were excellent - our guide was extremely knowledgeable and good to spend time with. Three really nice meals included.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great game viewing and a really comfortable lodge with knowledgeable guides.
Cons: Plastic water bottles on game drives The lodge should either supply reusable bottles to each guest or ask them to fill their own at a water cooler. It would be much greener
Excellent 9.0
Pros: amazing staff, game drives, food, pool, rooms- Perfect!!!!
Cons: the road to get there wasn’t great!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast and meals generally were good
Cons: General area surrounding lodge is tribal area and a bit busy for bush setting
Good 7.0
Cons: I hoped for more in the world renowned Sabi Sands. I expected to see lots and lots of animals. But that's just not the case (maybe it was us having very bad luck). If you are looking to see leopards, then Sabi Sands might be the right place for you. Besides that, there are a lot of places (among them the Kruger NP) where you can see more animals at a far lower price. In my opinion, Sabi Sands isn't worth the money. Specific for Elephant plans game lodge; the food was a dissapointment. For us, staying at a lodge like this means you don't want to see boerewors for diner.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The game drives were exceptional
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nothing this place is amazing, magical and allowed me to see these animals so close and felt safe at all times. Elephant Plains was the highlight of my trip to South Africa

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I wanted to go on a walking safari and initially booked at the lodge. Having a sense I was wrong I phoned and was immediately transferred to Plains Camp. They were very attentive to my special requests and certain things cannot be put into words. The remoteness, the guide and tracker, the room, the food and staff, everything was spot-on to what I was looking for. Darryl Sheedy (our guide) and Amos (tracker) formed a perfect combination and the balance between quiet and attentiveness to our needs were simply magical. His knowledge of the bush simply delivered on every expectation. I can go on and on!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Special place and even more special people make this a place to come back to again&again. The cottages are cute and clean (beware the monkeys!), food is a treat, and as for the guides, you couldnt find a better bunch of people. James is passionate about wildlife, and knows a lot about birds too, something we came to appreciate. Lucky enough to see the Big 5 this time, plus other amazing creatures.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: one of he best
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was super friendly and efficient, service was excellent. Location was awesome, loved it from start to finish, will definitely be back.
Cons: No cappacino's :-)
Excellent 9.0
Pros: James - excellent guide!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very relaxing, great facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Great game drives.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The unfenced lodge gives a real feel of the "bush". The safari rides were awesome and our guide James was always up to the challenge to please all our long list of sightings. The staff was super kind and helpful and the place is neat. Food was quite good. I would come back there again.
Cons: They didn't catered for our dietary requirements we gave in advance . Also, albeit the special ocassion was anniversary, the bed arrangement was 2 singles. However it was quickly rectified on day 2.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: We saw the Big 5 thanks to our really experienced guide (Omega, and tracker Tuso). The lodge overlooks a flowing river where there are hippos permanently, and is apparently part of a male leopard’s territory so we were fortunate to see him patrol inside the lodge area. There are also other activities such as bush walks, fishing that are available upon request. Good food and drink options, rooms are clean and well-furnished. Will return if we come back to the Sabi Sands area again.
Cons: Nothing much here!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: A magical stay at Inyati. Staff were incredibly friendly and we had the most amazing guide who showed us the most wonderful time.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: It was a beautiful place with great food. Met nice people from all over the world and staff was very nice. Best part of the game drives was the off roading through river beds and sometimes just through the bush. We had the thrill of tracking a leopard and her baby and found another leopard with his kill in the tree eating as hyenas gathered below.
Cons: The wildlife wasn’t as dense in Sabie Sands as we expected and we couldn’t leave to go outside or back to room without escort due to resort not being fenced.
