Front desk staff was accommodating. Liked the check in cookie. Facilities recently renovated but workmanship sketchy. No housekeeping even with several requests. Coffee shop had no coffee. Highway noise was loud and constant. There are likely better places to stay with better accommodations and value.

When I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush or toothpaste, I was told to walk across the street to buy my own. The front staff who was not at all helpful. This is the first hotel that I attend, where nothing was given for travelers I forgot items, I think my trip was not pleasant because of the way I interacted with the front staff. He was passive aggressive. I will not stay there again ...

Cons (-) We didn't even stay there because they screwed up and told us we ere booked and then tried to offer us a different hotel that wasn't even close to quality of hiltons. How do you go from a double tree to a la Quinta? Hard to rate a stay when you didn't even stay. Not sure exactly if kayak dropped the ball or Hilton, but it was frustrating

Cons (-) The size of the room, decor and the 70's shower. Staff was acomidating but the room was ultimately disappointing.
