Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, superb location close to scenic spots and public transport, and the high quality of both breakfast and restaurant offerings. The pool was frequently mentioned as clean and relaxing, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. While a few guests noted some rooms were dated or small, and there were occasional noise or comfort issues, the positives far outweighed the negatives. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its service, amenities, and atmosphere.
