Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, quality breakfast, and friendly, attentive service from staff and animation teams. However, there are repeated complaints about the cleanliness of the pool and some rooms, with several guests noting dirty or poorly maintained facilities. While the buffet and breakfast generally receive positive remarks for variety and taste, some guests mention limited options or issues with replenishment. The pool and spa facilities are frequently criticized for cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the positives in location, breakfast, and service outweigh the negatives for many guests.
