Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfast options. Many reviews highlight the convenience of being close to attractions and the positive attitude of the reception and housekeeping teams. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning rooms and bathrooms not being cleaned properly or frequently enough. The pool area receives mixed feedback: while some enjoy it, others find it too small or noisy for the number of guests. Overall, the positives of location, service, and breakfast stand out, but improvements in cleanliness and pool management are needed.
