Pros (+) At least it didn't cost a lot and it is in a central location
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable, the walls were very thin (so you could hear fairly quiet conversations from the next room) and in the room my sister was staying in there was a section of wall with no wallpaper and mould behind the radiator.

Cons (-) Pealing paint. Couldn't shut the light from the skylight. Was a very basic room
