Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to key city attractions and beautiful views, especially of the bay. Many found the rooms comfortable and spacious, and some appreciated the breakfast variety, though opinions on breakfast quality and options were mixed. Service received both praise and criticism, with some guests noting attentive staff while others experienced issues with housekeeping and front desk support. The pool and common areas were mentioned positively for ambiance, but several reviews pointed out maintenance issues and restricted hours. Overall, the location and room comfort stand out as the hotel's main strengths, while breakfast and service quality could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
