Elevator was extremely slow and no efficient. Room was clean but dated. View we got was of the train station, even though I had requested a bay view. I’m a diamond status with Hilton but wasn’t recognized by the staff. Not the Hampton experience I am used to yet it was expensive in comparison to other Hampton I’ve stayed at. Really good location to cruise terminal

It's a mediocre hotel in a great location. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable. Air conditioning is noisy, walls are thin. Breakfast was neither great nor terrible, but it's free so can't complain about that. There is no hotel shuttle despite it showing a shuttle listed in the amenities. Pros (+) Breakfast was ample and varied.
Cons (-) Some of the staff was not as helpful as they could be. We got conflicting and insufficient information from various staff members regarding shuttles, etc. Seemed eager to say “can’t help you” rather than “how can I help”. Not all, but some staff.
