Pros (+) Comfortable bed. Great location.
Cons (-) Noisy neighbors. Not much response from management about the clientele yelling and clunking around past 2am. Also, had previous guests' food chunks on the bed side table.

Cons (-) There is a lot of roaches and when I checked into my room there was Nautsy racist sign all in the room . I felt disreiminatied against and very uncomfortable . I got food and went outside to smoke a cigarette and came back and there was roaches all over my food . I have been staying here for a couple weeks and I got my room changed and I am so upset . Cons (-) The hotel is too dirty. When I open the fridge, two cockroaches ran out of it. I canceled the room immediately.

Pros (+) The hotel room was clean and neat. Great location, close to the beaches. My girlfriend and I only needed a bed and shower for a night because our time was spent at the local beaches. So a a nice hotel wasn't necessary. I would stay again for the cheap price. The ac is very cold as well.
Cons (-) As soon as I walked in it smelled terribly like mold. The carpet felt odd as I stepped on it. It turned out that the rooms floor was soaking wet. Disgusting. I kept my sandals on the entirety of my stay. It was even wet in the morning. Also, it was pretty noisy, I was woken up several times by loud people in surrounding rooms. Pros (+) Location.
Cons (-) Bathrooms were dirty and and opened rolls of toilet paper laying about. In one of the rooms the bed sheets had pubic hairs throughout. I was told one of the rooms would smell of smoking, however, both rooms had a strong smell of smoke. Not happy with that. Overall, won't make the trip again to that hotel and will go somewhere else.
Pros (+) We were able to check-in early. It is minutes away from the beaches. 5 minute drive to Sea World. We would stay again next time.

Cons (-) I booked a two bedroom and they tried to put me in a one bedroom. Fridge did not work. Sheets were stained. The neighborhood is ugly and to many people walking around at night. We didn't feel safe.
