Cockroches and uncleaned vomit in the bathroom, a closed pool with no advanced warning, and staff unwilling or unable to help. I will be pursuing a full refund.

Pros (+) The staff reimbursed me right away for the awful situation they put us in.
Cons (-) Nats in room and bugs, large dog barking next door, other tenants that asked to switch rooms from this one still had their stuff in the room and there were used towels on the bed. We left immediately and asked for our money back.

Cons (-) Very noisy, our room was on the first floor and come morning time we could here everything going on out side. All the house keeping carts going back and fourth, bouncing over the seams in the concrete, voices, and guests packing their cars. All that made it impossible to sleep. The room otherwise was clean, and recently remodeled to look nice.

Cons (-) The curtian was SUPER thin and we had the ground floor room next to the jce machine. I had to pin up sheets to prevent passerbyers to see us laying on the bed.
