Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) The pictures on your ad are very deceiving. The building is extremely old, run dow, out dated and dirty. Shower had mildew and carpets smelled. No hot water. I’m declining the charge on my credit card...

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to public transportation, city attractions, and local amenities. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, mold, bugs, and poor housekeeping. Service also received negative feedback, including issues with deposit refunds, unhelpful or rude staff, and inconsistent room maintenance. Many guests felt the value for price was lacking, citing high costs compared to the quality and amenities provided. Overall, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) the rooms didn't smell good. There was a lot of noise in the alley and in the next rooms.
Pros (+) Good location, good price.
Cons (-) Bare bones. You get a room and a bathroom and that's about it. I usually see a room as a place to sleep, so it didn't bother me too much, but I could see how other people might be unhappy. No AC, no c...

Pros (+) The hotel is centrally located near everything. The staff is nice and the facility is kept clean.
Cons (-) No AC; and, we had to sleep with the windows open. While sleeping with the windows open is not bad, we had to put up with the noisy city life.
