The room was dirty, had a weird smell, and overall I felt very uncomfortable.
Nice hôtel, charming room, downtown You may park in the street or a parking lot 2 blocks away
This was one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever had checkin into a hotel and being in a hotel, I checked was delayed was at the till 25 mins I went up to my room came back down, I politely ask the girl their if I could get a bottle opener she was so rude wouldn’t even look at me and was fobbing me off, I went out came back in as their was no shops I could see that we’re open, so I came back in and asked the girl again, she said no , I said Listen to me clearly i am a paying customer and I have asked you to get me some thing from the hotel, she got up annoyed and went and looked , I said you shouldn’t be rude when I haven’t been rude to you. The next morning I work up at 9:45 by the cleaner walking in on a Sunday , I said really , she left I rang down stairs to see if they would deliver me breakfast but they wouldn’t, said it’s shut now but if I get down now I could take some up to my room, when I rushed down stairs the guy said no you cannot take yo to your room, I said I was advised differently I’n the end I eat eggs down their wasn’t offered a drink or nothing. I was in bed fell sleep the phone rung and the guy said to me you need to be out now I said sorry I fell sleep , it was 12:14, I said I grab a shower quick and I leave he’ said NO you leave now no shower or I charge you $60 dollars I said no mate I am having a shower he said I have 10 min I said no I need 20mins to have a shower and get ready he said no way 15min So I then booked another bigger room online to put my stuff in I waited at reception for twenty mins and hit a room It looked okay I put my stuff in, but I’ve had hardly any sleep and I have video recordings of why , room 801 Every time the lift goes up or down the room vibrates and a strong noise so u cannot sleep I recorded a lot So I suggest you think long and hard before staying here My tv flickered all the time so couldn’t watch nothing Terrible experience I stay in hotels 4/5 nights a week
Free drink at Arrival, water in room
Room smelled chemicals and no big mirror in the room. Not enough room to sit down for breakfast.
It seems a lot nicer online than in person. We had some TV issues that the manager fixed but the maintenance person acted like there wasn’t anything he could do about it and had an oh well attitude, until we talked to the manager.
