Pros (+) Good location. Easy walk to AT&T Park.
Cons (-) Very rundown. Very noisy. Construction went on until 1:00am and music until 2:00am.
Pros (+) Attractive front, quiet.
Cons (-) Uncomfortable beds, gum on wall directly next to the bed. Awkward bathroom arrangement.
Pros (+) The Utah in is very simple in what you get. In what you get, they do a very good job.
Cons (-) The location isn't the best. Probably not appropriate for families and would suit single travelers best.
Pros (+) Nothing at all, it was awful
Cons (-) The whole floor has to share one bathroom it was disgusting and old. Isn't even in a good part of San Fransisco, and a loud nasty bar was directly under the hotel. If you're looking for a cheap stay I'd drive a little further out of the city and get a decent hotel for the same price.
