Everything was good. I was told they needed a $200 deposit for room service, which would be fully refunded upon checking out. When I checked out I was informed they would keep $70 for city fees. Pros (+) The room was very nice and very comfortable. Service was teriffic.
Cons (-) I could hear noise from other rooms through the vents late at night. Food was just okay. And $62 for Self Parking is ludicrous for a half-empty garage - even in San Francisco. It was almost half the price of the room. No good.

Pros (+) The room was amazing and clean... The bed was very comfortable, the view was great but most of all we were impressed by the incredible staff - so friendly, professional and helpful! What a great experience.

My stay was for 6 nights and I was only informed that my room would be cleaned on the 5th day when I was checking in. Cons (-) There was no hair dryer, the room was dirty, there was a sock under the bed, a mask on the chair, and leftover food in the mini fridge.

Cons (-) Parking situation was not good. The hotel has first come first serve self parking because of COVID but charge valet prices still. The parking lot was full so I had to find use a public parking lot.
