There is mold and dust everywhere - although it is charming , it cannot be appreciated when you feel gross being there .

Pros (+) The Gallery Inn makes a wonderful impression when you first arrive because there is so much old world charm and so much artwork and interesting items in the very cool space. The location in Old San Juan is also ecxellent.
Cons (-) The customer service really falls flat. It was hit and miss with the staff. A couple of the staff were kind and somewhat hospitable, but there were several who weren't. The amenities were also lacking. If you are hoping for comfortable spaces to relax and read a book, you're really going to be disappointed.
