The legroom, seat width, inability to book my seat with the airline in advance when I paid extra to do so, the food is extremely plain and small. The cups of tea and coffee are small. Not to mention I had to pay for a g&T when I paid over $1k for a one way flight. Sheep travel better in a transporter.
It was a short flight, so not bad. No entertainment provided, nor a complimentary tea service.
Overall good. however, we were rerouted and my luggage was lost.
Ryanair delayed my flight by 7.30 hours gave us a embarrassing 4 euro voucher Got to Leeds/Bradford airport got to the car hire which I also booked through your site and they had given my car away then charged me a additional 192 pounds more for a car I didn’t even want complete scam
Aer Lingus App never showed the gate and the board did not update until very close to the time the gate was due to close. Both planes departed late but no announcement was made which would have saved a run for the gate.

delayed flight stayed whole night at washington Dallas airport at seats , uncomfortable . i am senior citizen , very tired , worst travel.
There was a 6h delay with limited updates . When we got to Manchester the bus took ages to get to arrivals and we missed our train, dinner reservation. Basically lost a whole day due to arrivals Lingus!!

Flight was delayed many times. The crew was friendly but you eleven had to buy headphones to access the movies in the plane. $8 is not a lot for one person but it is when you travel with all your family.
JetBlue is always consistent and great, the food is limited in selection, but at least you can grab as much as you want on snacks and drinks at the Blue Locker.

at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn,and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!
The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.
I think the food / snack service was very poor. tehy could have done better. Evrything else was great
No wifi, not even while close to the continental US or Puerto Rico, no entertainment whatsoever (TVs not working). Totally disappointing.
Wifi screens were great. Both flights were delayed, spending all day flying home and then getting home at 3am ruins the next day also.
It was a smooth trip, everything ok. The crew were so nice and professionals. The only thing that I didn't like was the tiny dinner table of the plane but I guess it's not the crew fault. Overall I recomend flying Iberia.
There was confusion over the electric wheelchair. Though it was categorized and double checked at checking the gate seemed confused by the chair.
Boarding was a mad rush as people still had issues with boarding passes and groups 3- 7 were asked to board when travelers were still stuck behind the document check. Food was one of the worst I’ve ever had in an Economy flight. The crew was very friendly though
We were delayed 2 hours because the crew was late. They need better planning by the crew, we had to sit in uncomfortable seats waiting for them.
Difficulty to check in online, but well handled at the airport. Flight delay was unfortunate. Crew was adequate but not what we have usually experienced from BA. Seat was not comfortable.
Charging $300 to be able to pick a seat next to your wife was nothing less than extortion.
I’m very mad because I paid an extra $105 to change seats to an exit row with more leg room. The app clearly showed a gap in between the seats in the row I changed my seat to and I paid for it. When I boarded the plane, it wasn’t an exit row seat and no more room than my original seat. I feel like I was ripped off $105.
I had a great experience , crew was great and enjoyed the entertainment options I will be booking my next International trip with them .
Front desk was closed at 6 pm, I was unable to get my boarding pass and as such missed my connecting flight home.

Let's just say I won't do it again.
1. No food on a 8 hr flight is a travesty! The fare was not that low. 2. The entertainment was pretty bad and you had to buy headphones!!! 3. Only 2 toilets for the whole Economy section!!
Was a bit surprised that Icelandair flies a domestically configured 757s on long-haul flights to Iceland (no lie-flat seats in business class).
If there was a disclaimer regarding food service or lack thereof, l missed it. If l had known l would have prepared better. Same with transferring at Reykjavik. No information about disembarking via stairs into rain, slush and puddles deep enough to swallow a foot. After being treated to haute cuisine restaurants and warm inviting environment during the flight, the airport is, let’s be kind, disappointing. Plane was comfortable, Airbus, staff were welcoming enough. I would likely try the route again. Maybe have a night and day in Iceland. Maybe not.
I had an exit row and so was Comfortable on the long flight.
For an economy lite experience, it's by far the best I've had. New planes, clean, great destinations. Very happy to have discovered Iceland Air.

Well! They got me as far as Iceland, let me wait around at the airport since my next flight had either left or canceled, finally gave me my luggage, and sent me to wait quite some time with seven other people for a ride to a hotel. At the hotel we got a chef's salad, a nice room for the night which unfortunately had feather pillows and duvet (allergies), a really great and spectacular buffet for breakfast (small but stunning), taxis back to the airport for the 9:30 Delta flight back to Minneapolis. The Delta flight has free food and liquor included which Icelandair does not. All in all, it falls far short of my worst ever United flight to SGN. Icelandair did change my reservation after my roommate tested positive for COVID and we canceled our plans to travel around Iceland, but the charges were fairly hefty. I had trouble contact Kayak's agents to discuss changing my reservations and finally contacted Icelandair who changed them. (I used their contact form and put in several requests for call backs.) Of course, they called just after I made the change with Icelandair.

Paying $75 for my bag is disgusting. Got off ground late so I missed my connections. Kept us waiting for passengers in the cold. Will not use them again.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
