Guests say
Guests frequently praised the breakfast and the friendly, helpful staff, highlighting positive experiences with service and morning meals. However, many reviews expressed concerns about cleanliness, with several guests noting musty smells, dirty rooms, and issues with the pool or hot tub. Noise was also a recurring problem, with complaints about loud guests and street noise. Safety concerns were mentioned, particularly regarding the parking area and neighborhood. Overall, while the breakfast and service stood out positively, cleanliness, noise, and safety were notable areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
