Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive service, and the variety and quality of the breakfast, including both traditional and Japanese options. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, though some reviews noted issues with maintenance and the condition of bathrooms, such as outdated fixtures and confusing layouts. While the overall atmosphere and staff were highlights for many, several guests mentioned that the hotel is older and could benefit from renovations, especially in the bathrooms. Despite some negative feedback regarding the bathrooms and aging facilities, the positive aspects like location, service, and breakfast stood out in most reviews.
