Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to attractions and the city center. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms, especially given the building's unique historical character. However, some guests noted issues with air conditioning, dated facilities, and breakfast quality.
