Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast offered. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several guests noted issues such as noise from the street and trams, small room sizes, lack of air conditioning, and the elevator being out of order during their stay. Cleanliness and room comfort received mixed feedback, but the overall atmosphere and service left a positive impression on most visitors.
