Pros (+) Staff was beyond excellent as the were extremely helpful and freindly. The hotel provide a taxi to pick me up at the airport at 2am.

Cons (-) Signage, the hotel is tucked up a driveway completely hidden from view from the road and the only sign they have is about the size of a Dunkin' Doughnuts drive-thru sign, on a dark road no less. There's a bigger sign once you get on the driveway obscured by trees but you can't see it from the road at all and I drove right by it the first time. They need a bigger and better lit sign so the driveway...
