Room was gross, stuffy, bare minimum cleaning. The “Intercontinental Breakfast” was some gas station package Apple Streudels and watery coffee.

Pros (+) The location to the airport was great and the shuttle bus driver was very nice.
Cons (-) Not only our room but another guest also said the hot water was nonexistent. This occurred at 5:30 am so it wasn't that they ran out of hot water. When the issue was brought to the attention of guest service she never said sorry or offered and kind of sorry or even reacted.

Cons (-) Place is old,no luggage rack in room,had to put bags on the floor Shower curtain was way to long ,you were standing on it ! Toilet moved but didn't leak

Pros (+) Close to the light rail station and airport. Lots of room and the beds are comfortable. Great value.
Cons (-) It was a little run down looking with an obvious recent leaking ceiling and the drapes looked damaged from the heater.

Pros (+) We arrived early from our cruise, we waited until our room was ready in the lobby which was very comfortable. Mark checked us in early and waived the fee. We were also granted a one hour late check out since our flight was late in the evening. They were very accomodating. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good, hot waffles!
Cons (-) No complaints.
