Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, finding it convenient for visiting local attractions and public transport. However, the most frequent complaint was about cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, old furnishings, and a general sense of neglect. Bed comfort was also a significant issue, with several guests describing the mattresses as uncomfortable or worn out. While some guests found the staff friendly or acceptable, service was generally rated as neutral, with a few positive mentions but also some reports of inattentive or absent staff. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
