Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast for its variety and quality, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The location is appreciated for its proximity to ski areas and the center, making it convenient for visitors. However, some guests note issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and certain amenities, such as the spa and gym, which did not always meet expectations. While the atmosphere and decor, especially during the holidays, are often highlighted positively, there are occasional complaints about the value for price and extra charges for services. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially regarding breakfast, service, and location.
