Pros (+) It's cozy, clean, and everything is useful; just what I expected for the price I paid. it has a little kitchen area for everyone at the site to share, which I thought was nice.
Cons (-) We can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Pretty sure we and our friends downstairs could hold a coherent conversation if we tried.
